Eligibility for Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a Satisfaction Review if:

What the Guarantee Includes

If a valid issue is confirmed, VVIPPsychics.com may, at its discretion:

• Offer session credit
• Provide a partial refund
• Schedule a replacement session with the same or another advisor

Exclusions

The Satisfaction Guarantee does NOT apply to:

• Dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation of psychic guidance.

• Change of mind after session completion.

Time Limit for Requests

All satisfaction requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of the session by contacting our support team with:

• Order or session ID
• Date and time of reading
• Clear explanation of the concern

Refund Conditions

• Refunds apply only to unused service value where applicable.
• Payment gateway fees, taxes, or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
