If you feel your reading did not meet your expectations, you may contact our support team within 24 hours of your session. Our team will carefully review your concerns and work toward a fair resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A complimentary follow-up session
• Credit toward another psychic advisor
• Assistance in matching you with a better-suited reader
• Additional guidance or clarification

Important Notes

• Satisfaction requests apply only to your most recent paid session.
• The 5-Minute Connection Rule: If a user feels disconnected from their advisor during a live chat reading, the user must terminate the session within the first five (5) minutes of the connection.
• Requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the reading.
• Refunds or credits are provided at the discretion of VVIP Psychics management.
• Psychic/ Astrology readings and spiritual services provided by VVIP Psychics are intended for personal insight, spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. Individual experiences, interpretations, and outcomes may vary from person to person.

• Abuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee policy may result in restriction of future services.

Limitations:

• The satisfaction guarantee is limited to one (1) credited session per user, per month.
• Credits apply to a maximum of 5 minutes of chat time per disputed session.
• VVIP Psychics reserves the right to review chat transcripts and call logs. We reserve the right to deny refund or credit requests if we detect patterns of system abuse, fraudulent behavior, or chargeback threats.
