REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At vvippsychics.com, we strive to provide high-quality astrology and psychic reading services. Due to the nature of spiritual consultations and personalized digital services, we follow a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. By booking any consultation, purchasing any report, or adding money to your wallet, you agree to this policy.

1. No Refund After Service Delivery

Once a consultation session has started (chat/call/video) or a report has been delivered, the service is considered completed and no refund will be provided.

This includes:

• Consultation started (chat/call/video)
• Minutes consumed from wallet
• Report / PDF / kundli delivered
• Personalized reports
• Remedy guidance
• Service partially used

2. Cancellation Before Service Starts

If you cancel before the consultation begins, you may be eligible for:

• Rescheduling OR
• Partial refund OR
• Wallet credit (for another reading)

Approval depends on the service type and timing.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund may be considered only if:

•  Payment deducted but service not received
   Technical error from our side prevented consultation
   Duplicate payment made by mistake
  Consultant unavailable and no reschedule option provided

In such cases, refund may be processed after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

❌ Change of mind after booking
❌ Dissatisfaction with prediction/result
❌ Personal belief differences
❌ Customer not responding during consultation time
❌ Wrong details provided by customer (wrong DOB/time/place)
❌ Network/phone issues from customer side
❌ Missed appointment by customer
❌ Completed or partially used session minutes

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, (approval can take 3 to 5 business days) to your wallet. refund will be processed within:

  7 to 15 business days
(depending on your bank/payment gateway)

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of payment with:

• Full name
• Registered email/phone
• Payment screenshot or transaction ID
• Service details
• Service booked or wallet top-up details
• Reason for refund request

7. Chargeback Policy

If a customer files a false chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

• Block the account permanently
• Cancel future services
• Take legal action if required

8. Service Rescheduling Policy

If you want to reschedule your session, you must inform us at least 3 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

9. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made solely by vvippsychics.com Management and will be final.

No-Refund Clause for Digital Products

All downloadable products, reports, PDF remedies, kundli reports, and personalized digital services are strictly non-refundable once delivered.
